OVERVIEW

Our Return and Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange for any reason, unless at the discretion of G-Force Auto Styling, but hold no obligation to do so.

Eligibility for a return depends on whether certain criteria is met; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, and the item must also be in the original packaging provided upon purchase undamaged.

Additional non-returnable and non-refundable items are detailed below;
* Gift cards
* Special order items (Items ordered in for you and are not held in regular inventory)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Should this happen, we refuse any liability for the refund or return process, and we reserve the right to refuse refund or return indefinitely.

REFUNDS

For any refund or return queries, please email us first info@gforceautostyling.com so we can review and process the return accordingly. If, for any reason, we receive a return prior to confirmation, we reserve the right to refuse process of return and refund to our sole discretion.

Once your return is received, upon inspection we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, between 5-14 working days. This may take longer, or you may receive the refund before the time stated. Sale items are non-refundable. Each gift purchase will be dealt with upon a case-by-case situation. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund, please check with your Bank first. It may take some time before your refund is processed. If you've done this and remain unsatisfied, please contact us at info@gforceautostyling.com

WHEEL & TYRE PACKAGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Specially ordered items such as wheels and tyres are not eligible for a refund. We may, at our own discretion, accept a refund/return request, examples of which are stated below.

*If you were advised an item would be suitable for your vehicle and is not
*We may at our own discretion decide to accept a return if criteria are not met, however this is at the complete discretion of G-Force Auto Styling.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gforceautostyling.com and we will review case-by-case. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

DAMAGED GOODS

All outgoing orders are thoroughly inspected by trained employees to ensure no item is sent out damaged. We will not be held accountable for any damage endured during transit. Claims for damaged items should be made to us directly @EMAIL as soon as possible and your delivery should be recorded as damaged, otherwise your claim may be void.

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for returns (unless previously discussed with G-Force Auto Styling).
